These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the customer") and FlyAirGlobe ("we," "our," or "us"). We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting.
2. Our Services
FlyAirGlobe is a travel agency that provides the following services on behalf of customers:
- Flight ticket booking (domestic and international)
- Holiday and tour package planning
- Hotel and accommodation reservations
- Corporate and group travel management
- Honeymoon and special occasion travel planning
- Travel guidance, visa assistance information, and support
We act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators). The final services are delivered by these suppliers, and their own terms and conditions also apply to your booking.
3. Bookings and Reservations
All bookings made through FlyAirGlobe are subject to availability and the terms of the relevant travel suppliers. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (or agreed deposit) and confirmation from us in writing.
You are responsible for ensuring that all travel details provided — including names, dates, and destinations — are accurate. We are not liable for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
All travelers must hold valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required health certifications. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they meet entry requirements for their destination.
4. Payments and Pricing
All prices quoted are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change until a booking is fully confirmed and paid for. Airline fares and hotel rates fluctuate and are subject to availability.
Payment must be made in full before travel documents are issued, unless a specific payment plan has been agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
FlyAirGlobe charges service fees for booking and planning services, which will be disclosed before you confirm your booking.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms vary depending on the airline, hotel, tour operator, or travel supplier for your booking. Fees and eligibility depend on the supplier’s rules, and we will clearly share those rules with you before confirming your booking.
In general:
- Cancellation charges apply once a booking is confirmed.
- Some bookings may be fully non-refundable if purchased at a promotional or restricted fare.
- No-shows may result in full forfeiture of the booking amount.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected cancellations and changes.
Refund Policy
At FlyAirGlobe, we understand that travel plans can change. Refund eligibility, timing, and amounts are governed by the terms of the airline, hotel, tour operator, or other supplier for your booking. We will share the supplier’s refund rules with you before confirming your booking.
Key refund principles:
- Supplier terms apply: Refunds are subject to the cancellation and refund policy of the underlying travel supplier. Suppliers may impose penalties, fees, or non-refundable amounts.
- Eligible cancellations: If the supplier approves a refund, we will forward the refunded amount to you, less any permitted non-refundable charges.
- Non-refundable components: Some fares, deposits, taxes, fees, and promotional rates are non-refundable. These amounts are not returned even if the supplier cancels or changes your booking.
- Service and processing fees: FlyAirGlobe service fees, administrative fees, booking fees, and courier charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Original payment method: Refunds are normally issued to the original form of payment. If the supplier issues a travel credit or voucher instead, we will notify you and apply it only with your consent.
- Timing: Once approved by the supplier, refunds may take 7–45 business days to appear on your account, depending on the payment processor and financial institution.
- Partial refunds: Refunds may be partial if the supplier retains cancellation penalties, change fees, or non-refundable charges.
- No-shows: If you do not use a booked service without prior cancellation, the amount paid may be forfeited and no refund may be available.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, contact us promptly with your booking reference, date of booking, and reason for cancellation. We will submit the request to the supplier on your behalf and keep you informed of the status.
If a supplier issues a refund to FlyAirGlobe, we will pass it on to you as soon as practicable after deducting any applicable non-refundable charges. We are not responsible for delays caused by the supplier, banks, or payment processors.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, and other unexpected events.
6. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation policies vary depending on the airline, hotel, and tour operator involved. We will communicate the specific cancellation terms applicable to your booking.

- Cancellation charges apply once a booking is confirmed
- Refunds are subject to the supplier's cancellation policy and may take 7–45 business days to process
- FlyAirGlobe service fees are generally non-refundable
- No-show bookings may result in full forfeiture of the booking amount

7. Changes and Modifications
If you wish to change any aspect of your booking after confirmation, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to supplier availability and applicable change fees. Additional charges may apply for modifications.
Airlines and hotels occasionally make changes to schedules or offerings outside our control. We will inform you of any significant changes and assist you in finding suitable alternatives where possible.
8. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before travelling. Travel insurance should cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other unforeseen circumstances.
FlyAirGlobe is not responsible for any losses, costs, or inconveniences that could have been covered by travel insurance.
9. Our Liability
FlyAirGlobe acts as a travel agent and is not the direct provider of flights, accommodation, or other travel services. We are not liable for:
- Actions or omissions of airlines, hotels, or other travel suppliers
- Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes beyond our control
- Loss, damage, or injury during travel
- Entry refusal by immigration authorities
- Force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or government restrictions
Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid to FlyAirGlobe for the affected service.

As a customer, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring all travel documents (passport, visa, ID) are valid and up to date
- Meeting all entry and health requirements for your destination
- Arriving at airports, ports, and departure points on time
- Providing accurate personal information for all travelers
- Adhering to the terms and conditions of airlines and hotels
- Behaving respectfully and lawfully throughout your journey
11. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described therein.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the FlyAirGlobe website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of FlyAirGlobe or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our prior written permission.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming, USA.
